The red jersey which goes to the King of the Mountain was won by Mai Nguyen Hung of Sai Gon Plant Protection 1.

Although Tuguldur Tuulkhangai of Mongolia failed to finish in the top three, he maintained his grip on the yellow jersey (best overall time) with a total time of 43:28.09 after 14 stages.

Ho Van Phuc of ADC-Vinh Long Television is just six seconds behind Tuguldur, followed by Le Van Duan of Sai Gon Plant Protection 1 who is 1.06min off the pace.

The green jersey was strongly disputed among racers. Do Tuan Anh from Domesco Dong Thap now has 51 points in the sprint competition to take the lead from Bui Minh Thuy who drops to second ahead of Duan who is third.

In the team rankings, the Mongolian team remains top with a combined time of 130:29.00. ADC-Vinh Long Television and Sai Gon Plant Protection 1 currently hold the other podium positions.
