Pierre Tosi never was with Gero in 1975. He has been contacted by Gero and signed a pre-contract but before the beginning of season all went wrong and he never was riding for Gero. He was helped by a cycle Shop of Bagneux (not far from his home) whose name was Kremlin Sports (because it was just close to the town of Kremlin-Bicetre, 2 km south of Paris) managed by Mr Darnois (DARNOIS not Damois) and was riding with a jersey Kremlin Sports Darnois (sometimes pale brown sometimes pale blue). He is the man who is at the origine of the movie "Le velo de Ghislain Lambert" where the story of the principal man in the film is exactly like the story of Pierre Tosi except the fact that Tosi was french (father and mother Italian but born in France, so he was french) and not Belgian. Magiglace proceeds exactly like Magicrème (the sponsor of Ghislain Lambert in the movie). The riders were obliged to sell products Magiglace to earn more money than the poor salary Magiglace gave them. If you want a bit more about Tosi just ask me. Pierre Tosi is now a building contractor and lives in Villecresnes, 25 km south-east of Paris. His younger daughter married a Mr Fritsch and they had a son whose 1st name is Nicolas. He (Nicolas Fritsch) was riding last season as a profi with Saunier-Duval (ProTour team).
